About Us

Commercial Ventures, LLC is a commercial real estate company  founded in 1984.  Over the years, we have represented landlords and tenants in the leasing and brokerage of various types of commercial real estate including shopping centers, office buildings, apartment complexes and vacant land.

Today, our main focus is on the acquisition and ownership of shopping centers in the Kansas City metropolitan area.  In addition to being active buyers, we currently own and manage properties on the Kansas side of the state line, including the cities of Mission, Lenexa, Olathe and Lawrence.

We professionally lease and manage our own properties, and we have developed a reputation as being a very tenant friendly landlord.  Our personalized service goes over and above what the average landlord will do for a tenant, and as a result, we have a number of tenants that have been with us for twenty (20) to thirty (30) years.  Our goal is to maintain our properties in a first class condition and to provide a level of service that is second to none.  We take great pride in our properties, and we treat our tenants with the courtesy, respect and fairness that they deserve, and ultimately, their success becomes our success.
